Sue Howells
Sue Howells was born in Birmingham in 1948, her career as an artist began at a late stage after taking a course in watercolour in 1982. Soon after she was selling paintings in local galleries, interior design studios and restaurants.
In 1992, Sue became an elected member of Birmingham Watercolour Society and the Birmingham Art Circle. She became an Associate Member of the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists in 1994 and was elected a full member of the Society of Women Artists in 2001 after attending a foundation course in art at Bournville College of Art in 2000.
