Eileen Neill
Eileen Neill lives in the countryside near Tyrella Beach in County Down. She has a background in illustration and 2D animation. She studied at Ulster University in Graphic Design and illustration and then an MA in Animation.
Her main inspirations are nature and fantasy. When growing up she was fascinated by Irish myths and folktales. She creates pen illustrations of local Northern Irish landscapes as well as mythical creatures from around the world.
Eileen has a detailed gothic style to her work. Eileen’s main medium is finer pens and she uses techniques including hatching and stippling. For colour she uses brush pens and coloured pencils.
